ME, registering my new toll tag via iPhone while he drives: What’s your license plate number?
HIM: I don’t know. I’ll add it later.
ME, having lost signal: OK. I’ll let you set up the autopay thing too, then. I’m going back to my story now. [stares out the window]
HIM: I have to deal with financial matters so you can go talk to the voices in your head?

This is so true. I had a similar experience. I took the netbook out to the truck in our driveway to check the balance. The tag is registered in my wife’s name along with her licence, credit card, etc. So, I call her from the truck’s cell and ask for her driver’s licence number. She asks why. I say I’m checking the balance on E-Z tag and I need her licence number. Long story short, she ends up checking the balance from her computer. The tag is on my truck. I guess we are stuck on E-Z tag ’cause E-Z tag is stuck on us.
