Pumpkin Cheesecake

This would be a good time of year to link to my killer pumpkin cheesecake recipe. Killer, I tell you, even with vanilla instead of bourbon. (Then again, I use Mexican vanilla, which might as well be bourbon. That stuff kicks.) This stuff is so good we don’t even make pumpkin pie anymore.
