It wasn’t me, but I kept getting “wrong number” calls from the 936 area code every day at noon for about a week. Then the calls started coming at 11pm. Finally reached a nice man named James who said he’d never called us and we weren’t in his outgoing call log at all, nor was his phone ever out of pocket during those times. It was quite weird.
