This really has pissed me off. I wonder how many people with dairy allergies have had issues with this?

Non-dairy creamer works the same way. It has a milk-protein (or rather, a derivative) but no lactose. Best practices: if you’ve got a food allergy, you should check every product for allergens. The biggest difference with Jamba Juice is that they weren’t prominently disclosing the ingredients in the same place as they disclose the ingredients for their other drinks.
