Hmph.

Well, that was weird. I thought I knew what the scene needed to be, but it took off on its own and became something just slightly different. This feels right, though, which means I have to go change chapter 2 (which didn’t feel right) to match.

Dunno whether to love it or hate it when that happens. I’m glad it’s working itself out, but I’d rather have a little more control over the process, on the whole.
