The temperature has been over 80 for several days now, and all of a sudden the water coming out of the cold taps is almost as hot as the heated water. You could probably get a reasonably comfortable shower without using a hot water heater at all, if you had a mind to. By July there will be no “probably” about it.
Must be summer.
