I bought and read the book. There’s some great advice, but in essence the method requires more effort than I know I’ll ever be willing to give. The best advice of the book comes at the beginning. What’s your goal? What can you be doing now to achieve that goal? Answering those questions in concrete terms is a decent way to motivate oneself and avoid procrastination. The rest is constantly making lists.
