CSS layouts and lists

September 16, 2003 Stephanie Leary

Drew McLellan, Dreamweaver pundit extraordinaire, has written an excellent article on creating CSS layouts using Dreamweaver 2004. The CSS is provided for you to scrutinize at your leisure; the article doesn’t slow down to explain the code, but moves through the various processes and dialog boxes you’ll go through in creating the layout.

Listmania presents step-by-step instructions for creating various effects using unordered lists. There’s replacing list bullets with graphics (see finished product), duplicating Javascript rollovers (see finished product), and nested lists, also known as multilevel lists (see finished product). Check out Listamatic for more crazy uses for HTML lists.
